    Our Process...

  • Follow our automated process to simply and easily generate a flawless document. We take care of everything to save you time and money.

  • After we have received your payment and your signed FBN/DBA Form your fictitious business name statement application will be filed with the County Clerk/Recorder's Office. Please note: California counties require physical applications signed in BLACK INK only!

  • Once approved your filed application, aka "County Certified Copy," is then automatically mailed to you. (This generally takes about a week. However, when the county gets backed up it can take up to 4-5 weeks.)

  • Your DBA will then be published in one of our newspapers for four consecutive weeks as required by California law.

  • After the four (4) weeks of publication we will take your proof of publication down to the County Clerk/Recorder's Office for another filing. We will then mail the recorded Proof of Publication to you.

  • The county will then mail the final affidavit directly to you.

  • Now that you have received your filed proof of publication, you are all done!
